Chocolate cake in a mug recipe

Enjoy a homemade tasty chocolate cake in less than 5 minutes with this mug cake recipe.

Directions:

1. Add all the dry ingredients to mug, and mix well.
2. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
4. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
5. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.

Once cooked serve on a plate, goes well with a nice piece of crispy chicken, Although can go with almost anything that you like.
